We’re the UK’s leading online retailer for made‑to‑measure blinds and curtains — helping customers create homes they love, one window at a time. We’re looking for a proactive and organised Go‑To‑Market Executive to join our Brand Marketing team and help us bring our new products to life.
You’ll be right at the centre of our product launches — making sure every detail is in place and every team is aligned. Working in our Marketing team, and closely with our Product, Buying and Ecommerce teams, you’ll help turn great ideas into smooth, successful launches that our customers can’t wait to shop.

Role & Responsibilities
* Product Launch Coordination: Manage the end‑to‑end process for all new product launches, ensuring timelines, assets, and stakeholders are aligned and ready for launch.
* Launch Tiering: Work with the marketing team to categorise launches by size, scope and plan resources accordingly.
* International Coordination: Support launches across 6 international sites, ensuring each market is aligned, prepared and set up for success.
* Cross‑Department Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact between departments to ensure smooth communication and delivery across Product, Marketing, Buying, Ecommerce, and Operations.
* Product De‑Listing Management: Coordinate the removal of underperforming or discontinued products, ensuring site and marketing updates are handled efficiently.
* Process Improvement: Continuously refine the go‑to‑market process to improve efficiency, clarity, and collaboration between teams.
* Reporting & Insights: Support in reporting on product performance post‑launch to help inform future product and marketing decisions.
Person Profile
* Hands‑on experience supporting projects or launches, with a good understanding of how to keep tasks, timelines and teams on track.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* A proactive mindset — you’re always one step ahead and love problem‑solving.
