Head of Piping Department (Permanent) – Hybrid | Kraków
Lead and develop the piping department, responsible for departmental strategy, technical excellence, resource planning, team development, collaboration with international offices and senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery across complex projects.
Key Requirements
* Extensive experience within piping engineering, ideally in complex industrial, Oil & Gas, refinery, or similar environments
* Proven leadership experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams
* Strong commercial awareness and project delivery background
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
