We look after locals, walkers, cyclists, and overnight guests from coffee to nightcap. The role Serve great drinks at pace with consistency and care. Keep the bar spotless, the cellar in good order, and guests happy. Responsibilities Welcome guests and take orders with confidence and warmth Pour perfect pints including cask and present keg to brand standard Build classic and house cocktails to spec and recommend wines by the glass Make quality coffees and teas for guests and residents Set up and close down the bar and complete checklists Support cellar tasks including deliveries, rotation, and line cleaning Use EPOS accurately and record waste and breakages Communicate with floor and kitchen so tables are never waiting You bring Pub or hotel bar experience and comfort with cask, cocktails, and wine Calm under pressure and clear communication Accuracy on tills and payments Evening and weekend availability including Sundays and key dates Nice to have Cellar experience and basic barista skills Interest in English wine and local producers What we offer Staff food on shift and team discount across the group Training in cellar craft, cocktails, wine, and coffee with real progression
