What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a portfolio of complex private clients, including partners and internationally mobile individuals
* Reviewing and overseeing self-assessment tax returns and calculations
* Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
* Supporting the financial management of engagements (WIP, billing, efficiency)
* Coaching and developing junior team members
* Contributing to advisory work including tax projections, modelling and reserving
* Building your reputation as a technical specialist in partnership taxation
What we’re looking for:
* Professionally qualified ATT / CTA / ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent)
* Strong experience in private client or personal tax compliance
* Exposure to partner / partnership taxation (highly desirable, not essential)
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and portfolios
* Confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
* Experience mentoring or reviewing work of others
