Motorcycle Technician Vacancy in Stratford-upon-Avon
1. Location: Stratford-upon-Avon
2. Salary: Negotiable DOE + Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and highly organised Motorcycle Technician to join a professional workshop team.
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing customer motorcycles to the highest standards, working closely with the Parts and Service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities as a Motorcycle Technician:
4. Service and repair a wide range of customer motorcycles
5. Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
6. Complete work to manufacturer and safety standards
7. Liaise with Parts Advisors and Service Advisors to ensure smooth workflow
8. Maintain accurate job records and documentation
9. Ensure workshop cleanliness and adherence to health & safety
10. Deliver work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements as a Motorcycle Technician:
11. Qualified in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair
12. Proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician or in a similar position
13. Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles and the brands
14. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
15. Able to work to processes and within set timescales
16. Team player comfortable in a fast-paced workshop
17. Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
18. Full UK driving licence
