Solicitor/ Legal Executive - Personal Injury (3+ PQE)

I’m working with a growing claimant Personal Injury team that is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ PQE) on a fully remote basis. This is a strong opportunity for a confident PI fee earner who enjoys running their own caseload, delivering excellent client care, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
The Role You will manage an existing mixed claimant Personal Injury caseload from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring files are progressed efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting initial client consultations and triaging new enquiries
\t
* Advising clients on all aspects of their Personal Injury claims
\t
* Managing and progressing a varied caseload end-to-end
\t
* Negotiating settlements in line with client objectives
\t
* Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service
\t
* Reviewing and managing WIP, funding arrangements and budgets
\t
* Maintaining organised, compliant and up-to-date files
\t
* Ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and operational standards
\t
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team objectives

The Ideal Candidate This role would suit:
\t
* A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE in claimant Personal Injury
\t
* Someone confident running a mixed PI caseload independently
\t
* Strong negotiation and settlement experience
\t
* Good commercial awareness and understanding of WIP and targets
\t
* Excellent client care and communication skills
\t
* A proactive, organised and self-motivated individual comfortable working remotely
\t
