Are you an experienced Financial Adviser ready to take the next step in your career? A highly respected UK-wide wealth management and professional services firm, is seeking a driven and client-focused Financial Adviser to join their growing Exeter or Bournemouth team.

What you’ll be doing:
* Leading from the front - building new client relationships through proactive business development
* Partnering with Investment Managers to deliver a seamless client experience
* Playing a key role in commercial strategy and business growth
* Delivering high-quality, holistic financial advice to HNW clients
* Supporting and mentoring within the wider team
What we’re looking for:
* Proven success in fee-based financial planning
* Strong business development track record
* Level 4 qualified (Level 6 preferred)
* Clear communicator with first-class relationship management skills
* Experience with vulnerable, matrimonial or PI clients? That’s a bonus!
