GSL Education are currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Louth. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and support pupils across Key Stages 1 and 2, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
About the Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners. You will foster a supportive and stimulating environment where children feel confident, valued, and motivated to achieve their best.
Primary Teacher Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages curiosity and resilience.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to support individual needs.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, colleagues, and parents to ensure holistic development.
* Uphold school policies, including safeguarding and behaviour management.
* Inspire a love of learning through creative and interactive teaching methods.
Primary Teacher Job Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching in a primary school setting (KS1 and/or KS2).
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* A nurturing, adaptable, and proactive approach to classroom management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
* An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
