Overview
Day Lewis Pharmacy is a fast-paced, innovative pharmacy chain dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced NVQ L2 qualified Pharmacy Assistant/Dispenser to join our team across the island. The successful candidate will work closely with the pharmacist manager to support dispensing, patient services, and business development.
Responsibilities
* Assist the pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers a superb level of customer service and operates effectively with regards to company policies and procedures.
* Assist on the front counter and be a great welcome and support to patients.
* Be an integral part of a small, hard‑working and compact team.
* Develop relationships with patients and healthcare organisations to ensure that we deliver the most effective and patient friendly customer service.
* Team work is a vital element of this family owned chain which seeks to reward, recognise and empower hard workers.
Qualifications
* NVQ L2 qualification in Pharmacy Services Skills.
* Experience in a similar role is essential.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
Benefits
Full‑time position – 4 to 5 days per week (32‑40 hours). Permanent contract. Competitive salary based on experience. Mileage and parking reimbursed at 45p per mile. Access to your own transport is vital for the role.
