Base: Caludon Centre - Main Reception
Salary: £24,465 per annum pro rata
Contract: Permanent
Working pattern: Part-time 20 hours per week (Mon-Fri 13:00-17:00)

Responsibilities
* Front of house greeting patients and visitors to the service.
* Efficiently manage the main hospital reception area and provide general admin support to the admin team, clinicians and managers.
* Answer telephone calls on the busy main switchboard, take messages, book clinic rooms.
* Scan documents, maintain care records and data inputting using CareNotes/SystmOne software daily.
* Multi-task under pressure and work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
* Assist with other services within the building when required.
Person Specification
Essential:
* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent education).
* Good communication / customer care skills both written and verbal demonstrating sympathy and compassion.
* Standard keyboard / IT skills.
* Experience of working with a range of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Confidentiality and ability to apply principles.
* Enrolment or basic DBS check (finance responsibility to postholder).
Desirable:
* Experience working in a busy office / customer care environment.
