What You’ll Be Doing: As our Home Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your home’s performance and atmosphere – from clinical standards and compliance to team morale and community relationships. You’ll lead with heart, but also with strategy – blending compassion with commercial thinking. You’ll: Lead and inspire a dedicated team Deliver first-class, person-centered care Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners Uphold (and exceed!) CQC compliance standards Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement ✅ What You’ll Need: Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards it) Strong clinical and operational experience, especially in Dementia and General Nursing care Proven track record managing successful care services Confident leadership style with a positive, proactive mindset A deep understanding of CQC regulations Experience commissioning new care homes (a big plus!)
