Role and Responsibilities
*
* Driving a 26 tonne curtainside vehicle
* Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each trip
* Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
* Maintain accurate records of driving hours and Work Time Directive (WTD) compliance
* Promptly report any incidents or accidents to the client
* General haulage roles on offer
* Trailer swaps, delivery and collection of goods
* Various roles on offer so some handball may be required
* Provide exceptional customer service
Your Qualifications
*
* Hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence
* Possess a current CPC card
* Work independently and efficiently
* Manage time effectively
* Communicate clearly and professionally
* Have a maximum of 6 penalty points on your licence with no DR or DD offences
Working Hours and Pay
*
* Monday to Friday
* Day general haulage shifts
* Start times from 06.00 am
* Rates from £16 to £22
