What You’ll Do As a Seasonal Reception Team Member, your responsibilities will include: • Working across our busy Reception Team at Tregoad Holiday Park, using our reservation and maintenance systems (training provided). • Offering outstanding customer service to guests and owners. • Converting guest enquiries into holiday bookings. • Answering telephones, managing reservations, and redirecting calls to the appropriate departments. • Taking messages and ensuring all communication is handled politely and efficiently. • Assist in maintaining smooth shop operations by serving customers, monitoring product expiry dates, restocking shelves, and alerting the manager to low inventory. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for team members who: • Are personable, presentable, and articulate, with a team-oriented mindset and a great sense of humour. • Have exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm, and energy. • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation. • Are flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays. • Possess polite, clear, and effective communication skills for dealing with guests in person and over the phone. • Are passionate about delivering the best customer service and guest experiences. • Have previous customer-facing experience (essential).
