Salary: £90 – £110 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Christchurch, seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025.

The Role:
As a HLTA, you will:
* Lead planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Deliver small group interventions in Maths, English, and phonics
* Support pupils with a range of abilities, including SEN
* Collaborate with teaching staff to support pupil progress
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment

✅ Requirements:
* HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Experience delivering lessons or interventions in a primary setting
* Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
