are working with a fast-growing Digital Agency that partners with ambitious brands to scale their growth through data-led Digital Marketing. The agency delivers tailored strategies across Paid Media, SEO, Content, and Digital PR, all focused on measurable performance.
They are now seeking a
Paid Media Manager
to lead and optimise multi-channel campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients, while managing an offshore team who are based in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
* Own the strategy, performance, and day-to-day execution for a portfolio of clients.
* Lead on client communication, providing clear reporting, actionable insights, and forward-thinking recommendations.
* Line manage and mentor the Paid Media Account Manager (Philippines-based), ensuring excellent delivery and growth.
* Drive innovation in campaign delivery - from testing creative formats to exploring new channels and bidding strategies.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams across SEO, Content, and Digital PR to deliver integrated campaigns.
* Manage budgets, track performance KPIs, and maintain strong pacing to meet client objectives.
* Support agency growth through participation in audits, new business pitches, and client onboarding.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, in an agency environment
. (Agency experience is a must)
* Proven expertise in managing high-performing campaigns across Google and Meta.
* Experience leading remote team members or freelancers.
* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to generate insights and drive performance.
* Confident communicator with exceptional client management skills.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
* Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about delivering impact for clients.
Additional:
* Experience with platforms like TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Programmatic.
* Familiarity with eCommerce, lead gen, or international campaigns.
* Knowledge of reporting tools like Google Looker Studio.
