Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to become a Senior Machine Operator on a permanent basis within our client's Cumbernauld-based manufacturing facility. What's on offer? 30,000 per annum Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm Full-time permanent position Working as a Senior Machine Operator, you will be responsible for: Operating machinery such as power presses, brake presses, rolling mills, and drilling machines to produce steel fencing and gate components Operate and maintain machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines Conduct routine inspections of machinery to identify any faults or defects Calculating for measurements and adjustments Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings To be successful as a Senior Machine Operator, you will require previous experience working with power presses, brake press machines or similar machinery, as well as: A good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent work ethic If this sounds like the opportunity for you, then apply now or call our expert consultants on 01698 535 870.
