We have three exciting opportunities in Salford and Bolton for passionate individuals to lead our dedicated teams in providing 24-hour supported living. As a Team Manager, you will oversee three services, supporting approximately nine incredible individuals on their journey to independence.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Team Manager, you will be the driving force behind your team of senior support workers and support workers. Your leadership will be visible and impactful, ensuring that high-quality support is delivered in line with our person-centered plans. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
* Inspire and Lead: Foster a culture of excellence and high-quality support.
* Compliance and Safety: Work within financial and legislative frameworks, including roster management and health and safety checks.
* Empower Independence: Support individuals in living independently and achieving positive outcomes.
* Effective Communication: Engage with a variety of stakeholders to ensure everyone’s needs are met.
* Flexibility: Be prepared to work out of hours for checks and coaching, and step in when staffing needs arise.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is not only experienced in supporting individuals with learning disabilities but also passionate about maintaining high standards in service delivery. In this dynamic role, you will conduct risk assessments, implement support plans, and provide operational management. Here’s what we’re looking for:
Essential:
* Demonstrable leadership skills with a flexible approach.
* In-depth understanding of team performance management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Resilience in high-pressure situations.
Desirable:
* Previous experience managing a similar service or team.
* Management qualification or equivalent.
* Willingness to work towards NVQ Level 4/5 qualification.
