Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Marketing Executive located in the Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire area. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role includes working closely with all areas of the APS team to promote our range of machines, parts and aftercare services. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities across 3 areas of the business.
This role is varied, hands‑on, and ideal for someone with the energy and ambition to grow into a well‑rounded marketing professional.
You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and sales teams to deliver engaging campaigns, manage communications, and ensure our customer journeys are seamless and effective.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media
* Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Create engaging content including posts and stories that align with campaigns and brand strategy.
* Monitor engagement and performance, providing regular insights and recommendations.
Communications
* Support internal communications including our monthly newsletter and ensure teams are aligned on campaigns and key updates.
* Assist with external comms including customer newsletters, email campaigns, and press releases.
* Support in managing content for the website, brochures, and other marketing materials.
CRM & Data Management
* Help maintain accurate and clean CRM data to support lead management.
* Assist in setting up and optimising lead nurture journeys.
* Support campaign tracking and reporting.
Events & Exhibitions
* Help plan and deliver exhibitions, open days, and customer events.
* Coordinate logistics, marketing collateral, and follow‑up activity.
General Marketing Support
* Assist in coordinating campaigns across departments.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
* Liaise with suppliers, designers, and agencies as required.
* Provide general admin support to the marketing team.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone who is excited to get stuck into marketing, offers a positive attitude that breathes life into their colleagues.
* 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing role (B2B experience desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident in using social media for business.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a bonus).
* Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
* Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and try new things.
* A proactive attitude and the confidence to take ownership of projects.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Working Balance: Hybrid, travel to the office will be required. Will also be required for events and potential customer visits.
