Salary: £31,200 per annum

Your Role as Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting each child’s individual needs while delivering high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
* Planning and implementing engaging early years activities that cater to each child's unique learning journey.
* Collaborating with a dynamic team, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to learn.
* Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
* Conducting risk assessments and reporting health and safety matters to management.
* Supporting the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
* Full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Desirable
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS: Desirable
