Our client is a fast-paced and exciting high-growth PropTech company that specializes in AI based sales enhancement software. Due to company growth plans, they are seeking a skilled and motivated PHP Developer to join a dynamic development team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge CRM and API integrations within an existing software infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement CRM and API integrations to enhance our software solutions.
* Work on the maintenance and improvement of existing software components and features.
* Utilize the LAMP stack to develop and deploy efficient and scalable applications.
* Take ownership of future CRM integrations, ensuring seamless communication between different software components.
* Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
* Contribute to the overall architectural design and development decisions.
* Embrace DevOps practices to enhance deployment and automation processes (prior DevOps experience is beneficial but not required).
* Collaborate effectively with team members, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Work in an agile development environment, meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality code.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Strong proficiency in PHP development, with a solid understanding of the LAMP stack.
* Solid experience in Laravel.
* Prior experience working on API integrations is required and existing integration experience with CRMs is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of DevOps principles, tools, and practices would be beneficial.
* Commercial development experience in a professional setting is required.
* Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
