The Team Coordinator will:
Manage diaries on a daily basis
Support managers with diary updates
Make sure daily schedules for the organisation
Coordinate calls to confirm appointments when they are booked in
Liaise with partners where required to coordinate shared clinic space, appointment flow, and
Ensure effective communication within the business
Handle queries and information requests when they come through
Provide outstanding experience to clients
The ideal Team Coordinator will:

Be highly organised and have fantastic coordination skills
Be customer focused and able to adapt to different clients
