As we continue to support an increasing number of retail customers and local businesses across Guernsey, we have an opportunity for a team administrator / receptionist.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will create a great first impression and help customers to connect with the right person in the team to support them with their enquiries.
Able to communicate with people at all levels, you will be able to help customers find information and maintain communication with them either by phone, in person, or in writing.
As well as supporting customers you will also be supporting the financial services teams, from producing documents and letters, to supporting with events and arranging travel, to maintaining the facilities in the office.
This is an all rounder role that will develop your administration and customer service skills.
