Project & Testing Manager- HRIS Implementation Start date : Must be able to start at short notice. Location: Uxbridge - hybrid working available. Contract: 3-6-month FTC Join a Global Transformation. Lead Strategic Impact. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project and Testing Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation for one our key FMCG clients. Acting as the Project Manager for UAT Testing, you’ll work closely with the internal HR Systems team and their implementation partner to ensure project success. The Role: Project Management & Coordination: Co-manage project timelines, activities, and reporting with Monster and EPI USE. Testing Leadership: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)—including test preparation, access, and results tracking. RAID & Change Management: Track and manage project risks, issues, actions, and decisions. Support change request processes and escalation paths. Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate communication, workshops, and updates across business functions. Governance & Reporting: Create project materials such as PowerPoint updates, status reports, and governance documentation. Resource & Budget Oversight: Assist in managing internal resources and project budgets to ensure smooth delivery. Skills & Experience: Proven experience delivering system implementation projects, ideally with SAP SuccessFactors Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Solid understanding of HR systems, testing processes (SIT/UAT), and integration challenges Confident communicator with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach Interested?
