Who are we looking for?
* An enthusiastic team player with excellent written and communication skills.
* A highly motivated, hardworking, results-driven individual who can build relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
* Strong written English and grammar, with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to meet strict deadlines.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
* Manage regular channel communications including newsletters, support, and commercial updates using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) to build email communications, landing pages, forms, and automation workflows.
* Take ownership of data health and audience segmentation, ensuring CRM data is maintained and campaign communications are accurately targeted to drive engagement and maintain email subscription levels.
* Coordinate updates to the sales teams, including creating and releasing monthly sales packs.
* Build strong relationships with marketing, sales, product teams, channel directors, and other stakeholders.
* Attend key events as required.
What you’ll need:
* An English, Marketing, or similar degree.
* A minimum of five years' experience in marketing, campaigns, or communications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and hosted email marketing platforms.
* Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign.
* Self-starting, results-driven, and creative mindset.
