My client based in the Stourport area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit a part-time HR advisor on a Permanent contract. This role would require 5 hours per day, Tuesday - Thursday and 9-1 on a Friday
The main responsibilities associated with the role include
- Managing the recruitment process - Managing new starter inductions - Supporting Disciplinary process - Monitor absences - Supporting payroll as required - General admin around the HR function
As a suitable candidate you will offer the following
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential - CIPD Level 5 qualification as a minimum - Strong communication skills, both written and oral - An ability to get on with stakeholders at all levels - Good IT Skills - An ability to manage workload and prioritize as required
The salary on offer is between £30000 and £35,000 on a pro-rata basis
