All aspects of administration of an architectural practice including, but not limited to, answering and directing phone calls and emails, submission of planning and building warrant applications, diary management, reception duties, etc. A mix of administrative, organisational, communication and technical skills, including researching and trialling new software and technologies, e.g. project management systems. A pleasant manner, positive attitude and a willingness to learn. A firm grasp of the English language, written and spoken, a high level of numeracy. Experience of Microsoft Office packages would be advantageous.
