Head of Operations – Independent Hospitality Group (West London)
A fast-growing hospitality group is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee two leading casual dining venues in London. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and lives and breathes hospitality.
The Role
* Lead operations across two well-known café and casual dining venues
* Mentor and coach GMs and AGMs, developing strong leadership at site level
* Maintain top service, food quality, and guest satisfaction standards
* Oversee budgeting, rotas, and supplier management
* Drive structure, accountability, and operational excellence
* Step in on the floor when needed, leading by example
* Champion training, compliance, and H&S standards
* Support menu and drinks development with on-trend ideas
The Offer
* £70,000 base salary
* £15,600 service charge
* Individual site incentives + long-term bonus plan
* Permanent role with progression potential to oversee future venues
The Ideal Candidate
* Experienced multi-site operator or senior GM ready to step up
* Energetic, people-first leader with strong organisational skills
* Calm under pressure, decisive, and solutions-focused
* Strong understanding of café/casual dining operations
* Confident managing budgets, systems, and teams
Timing
* Start: Late December or early January
* Two-week handover with the outgoing Head of Operations
