Key Duties & Responsibilities: * Support the Financial Planner with the review process * Manage incoming and outgoing calls * Maintenance of client records * Report writing * Ensuring all data is accurate and applications are processed efficiently * Ensure clients are kept updated at all times Skills & Experience Required: * Financial practice background * Good attention to detail * Ability to work within a team * Inter-personal skills, both written and verbal * Enthusiastic attitude to learning * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Strong IT skills including the use of MS Office Word and Excel Core Benefits: * 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (with option to purchase further holiday) * Free parking * Hybrid working – 2 days at home a week * 10% company pension contribution * Death in service 4x salary * Cash health plan
