Azure Network Engineer (SC Cleared)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Rate: £Negotiable/day (Outside IR35)
Contract: 6 months (extension likely)
A major UK public sector programme is seeking an Azure Network Engineer to support the delivery of secure, cloud-based services at national scale.
This is a hands-on role focused on Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, and secure infrastructure design within a highly regulated environment.
Key Experience Required
* Strong Azure networking (VNets, NSGs, routing, peering)
* Hybrid connectivity (VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute)
* Azure Firewall, Application Gateway (WAF), Load Balancers
* Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)
* Experience in secure or public sector environments
Desirable
* Terraform / Bicep / ARM
* Exposure to GDS standards or similar environments
