About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on generating demand for Meridian Business Supports services within the industrial and commercial sectorsacross Chester and surrounding areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and developing your own client base
* Generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities
* Contacting clients via phone, email and face-to-face visits
* Using your local market knowledge to promote our services
* Driving branch gross margin through successful business development
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and managing your activity pipeline
You will have access to a large internal candidate database, but success in this role requires a proactive, growth-focused mindset.
What Were Looking For
* Previous agency recruitment experience is essential
* Proven track record in business development and winning new clients
* Minimum 1 year in cold calling/telesales, consistently exceeding KPIs
* Highly motivated, driven and tenacious with a desire to succeed
* Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook + CRM systems)
* Full, clean driving licence and your own transport
