The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to take on a varied caseload and work within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

* Handling your own caseload from instruction to post-completion
* Managing a variety of transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, leasehold/freehold, transfers of equity and shared ownership
* Dealing with both registered and unregistered titles
* Supporting clients with matters involving attorneys, trusts, matrimonial aspects and estates
* Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and clients to ensure a smooth transaction
* Working with a full-time conveyancing assistant to maintain excellent service standards
* Providing occasional technical support to junior team members
* Ensuring all work complies with legal and regulatory requirements
* Participating in business development and maintaining professional relationships
You

* Experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer preferred)
* Confident in managing your own caseload independently
* Technically strong across the full range of conveyancing matters
* Excellent communicator with a friendly and client-focused approach
* Able to stay organised and meet deadlines in a busy, collaborative team
* Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office
* A proactive team player who enjoys getting involved in business development
