You'll work as part of a team, supervising pupils and ensuring strict adherence to all legal and school regulations. Key duties include preparing the exam room, admitting and quietly seating candidates, and managing the distribution and collection of exam papers. You will maintain efficient timekeeping, deal calmly with minor behaviour issues, and be prepared to escort candidates in an emergency. Qualifications We are seeking reliable, conscientious, and flexible individuals with a good standard of education. While prior school experience is welcome, it's not essential. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a calm and self-confident demeanour, and be able to work effectively on your own initiative.
