Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to work across a range of supportive secondary schools in and around Gateshead from September 2026.

About the Role
As a Psychology Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and thought-provoking Psychology lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Differentiate learning to support students of varying abilities and backgrounds
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams to promote positive outcomes for students
* Uphold high standards of behaviour, engagement, and academic progress
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Have experience teaching Psychology within a secondary school setting
* Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Be confident, adaptable, and passionate about education
* Have strong communication and organisational skills
* Be committed to supporting students both academically and personally
