About the Support Worker role :
Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour (Enhanced hourly rate on all Bank Holidays)
Location: Congleton
Shifts Available: Days 0800-2000and Nights 2000-0800
Speciality: Learning Disabilities and clinical needs

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing we are currently recruiting a Support Worker based in Congleton supporting a young male in his own home with epilepsy and autism. You would become an essential part of his existing care team in this fulfilling and exciting role. We are looking for someone who has an inspiring attitude to promote bespoke care.
Duties for this Support Worker role?
Required to support all aspects of personal care and all aspects of the clients fluids and nutritional needs. He enjoys doing activities at home which include jigsaws, craft, sensory games and watching DVD's. He also likes to go out in the car and for short walks to feed the ducks.

Someone who will go above and beyond for the Service User and staff involved in the package
Able to work in the UK and can show documents
