Position: CEO/CBO Co-Founder – AI Entertainment Startup
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates with access to major media hubs: Los Angeles, New York, London)

This is a foundational leadership opportunity for an executive with deep expertise in streaming, content partnerships, and audience engagement strategies. We’re seeking a visionary collaborator to drive partnerships, shape business strategy, and build the revenue roadmap for this next-generation platform.
The Role:
You’ll play a pivotal role in bridging technology and content by driving strategic partnerships, crafting innovative monetization strategies, and securing revenue streams. This is a unique chance to help shape the future of streaming and interactive media as part of the founding team.
What You’ll Do:
Business Development & Partnerships
* Build relationships with key streaming platforms, production studios, and content creators to unlock partnership opportunities.
* Lead strategic negotiations for content licensing, ensuring alignment with both creative and business goals.
* Forge alliances with brands, advertisers, and technology partners to create sustainable value for all stakeholders.
Monetization Strategy
* Develop revenue models aligned with audience engagement trends, affiliate marketing, branded partnerships, and premium subscriptions.
* Identify scalable monetization opportunities across new and existing content catalogs.
* Collaborate with the founding team to pitch the concept to early-stage VC investors, articulating its market potential.
* Cultivate relationships with investors and stakeholders, presenting clear growth milestones and impact.
* Shape the company’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with streaming industry trends and emerging AI capabilities.
* Lead efforts to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through product innovations.
About You:
Streaming Industry Expertise
* Proven experience working with OTT platforms, VOD services, or major production studios.
* In-depth knowledge of content distribution, audience growth strategies, and data-driven decision-making in streaming.
Strategic Leadership
* Track record of managing high-value partnerships and driving C-level relationships with streaming executives.
* Ability to shape and execute strategies around audience retention, ARPU growth, and user personalization.
* Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment, with a focus on scaling operations and innovation.
* Proactive, resourceful, and adept at solving challenges with limited resources.
* Experience pitching to investors, securing venture capital, and negotiating multi-million-dollar deals for content licensing and strategic partnerships.
