The client is seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee multiple site operations, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily operations of the facility sites, transport and maintenance, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety and environmental regulations. * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operational staff to maximise productivity and efficiency. * Implement and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in operational performance. * Implement long-term operational strategies, enhance efficiency, profitability, and sustainability. * Support new business opportunities, ensuring operations can scale to meet customer demand.
