Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced, passionate, and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead a busy and high‑quality hospitality operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role, responsible for delivering outstanding service standards, driving commercial performance, and creating memorable guest experiences across all food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing food & beverage team
2. Ensure exceptional service standards are delivered consistently
3. Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, events, and in-room dining
4. Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability targets
5. Drive guest satisfaction, responding to feedback and continuously improving service
6. Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
7. Introduce creative initiatives to enhance revenue, guest engagement, and brand reputation
About You
8. Proven experience in a senior food & beverage management role within a high-end hospitality environment
9. A confident and inspiring leader with strong people management skills
10. Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to service excellence
11. Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance targets
12. A passion for food, drinks, and hospitality trends
13. Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

14. Solid background in restaurant or food & beverage management
15. Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment

Location
This is a site-based role in Cornwall. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate prior to starting.
