Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) Central and South (PCN)
We are seeking a highly motivated and fully qualified Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our expanding team within Central and South PCN. This is a rewarding opportunity to work at the forefront of primary care across two supportive and well-established practices:
* Park House Medical Centre, Sewell Street, Prescot, L34 1ND
* The Hollies Practice, Hollies Road, Halewood Village, Liverpool, L26 0TH
Please note: Only applicants with a full Masters qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent) will be shortlisted. This requirement is essential to meet the standards of the role. Applications without this qualification will not be considered.

The successful candidate will be employed by Roby Medical Centre and will deliver high-quality, autonomous clinical care in general practice settings. You will have the option to work full-time across both sites or to select a part-time role at a single practice, depending on your availability and preference.

Experience
* What Were Looking For:
* Masters level qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice (mandatory)
* Current NMC or equivalent registration and V300 independent prescribing
* Experience in chronic disease management and working autonomously in primary care
* Strong clinical decision-making and organisational skills
* Commitment to high standards and evidence-based care
