Teaching Personnel is proud to be working with a fantastic secondary school in Monmouthshire to recruit a Trainee Learning Support Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while making a real difference to students’ academic progress and wellbeing.
No formal qualifications or prior classroom experience are required – what matters most is your attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to demonstrate transferable skills at interview!

Requirements
Teaching Personnel can provide guidance to help you obtain:
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
* Level 2 Safeguarding training
* At least two professional references covering the past two years
