Customer Care Representative Bath, Somerset BA2 Full time, permanent position 40 hours per week £25,000 - £28,000 per annum Please Note: Applicants must be authorised to work in the UK At Truespeed, we're on a mission to bring ultrafast, full-fibre broadband to homes and businesses across the South West. The Role As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and trusted contact for our valued customers. Whether by phone, chat, social media, or email, you'll handle queries efficiently and ensure each interaction ends with a smile. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer queries across multiple channels including phone, chat, email, and social media Take ownership of customer issues - from broadband questions and installation bookings to technical queries and complaints Deliver first-time resolution wherever possible Support complaint resolution with empathy and professionalism Contact customers to book installations and clearly explain the process Share updates and insights with colleagues to continually improve service Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and streamline processes Benefits: Hybrid working Life assurance (4x annual salary) Healthcare and 24/7 online GP access Free on-site parking Competitive pension scheme Generous referral bonus Commission scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays The Ideal Candidate You're a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
