Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic and highly organised Events & Brand Activation Manager to develop and deliver Goose & Gander's event and activation strategy — building real-world experiences that bring our brand to life.
This is a hands-on role where you'll shape the vision and plan for how Goose & Gander shows up — through pop-ups, partnerships, and community events that connect with our audience, create buzz, and drive awareness and sales.
From strategy and concept development to logistics and execution, you'll oversee the entire process. You'll work closely with the wider marketing team, retail, and creative to design memorable activations that feel authentic, youthful, and unmistakably G&G.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Strategy & Brand Experience
* Develop and own the brand's
event and activation strategy
, aligning with business goals and marketing priorities.
- Define a yearly roadmap of events, pop-ups, and experiences that grow brand awareness, engagement, and community reach.
- Identify new opportunities for brand presence — including campus, retail, festival, and partnership activations.
- Ensure all events strengthen Goose & Gander's identity and customer connection, while delivering measurable results.
- Present ideas and post-event learnings to directors and the wider marketing team to inform future strategy.
Brand Activations & Events
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver Goose & Gander events and pop-ups across the UK — from uni tours and festivals to retail takeovers and community drops.
* Lead the full event process: concept, planning, logistics, budgets, staffing, and post-event analysis.
* Bring creative ideas to the table for unique brand experiences that drive engagement and tell our story.
* Manage supplier relationships (venues, production, staffing, logistics) to deliver high-quality events on time and on budget.
* Collaborate with creative and social teams to ensure every activation is captured and shared across channels.
Partnerships & Collaborations
* Identify and develop partnerships that align with our audience — from lifestyle and music brands to campus and retail partners.
* Plan and deliver co-branded activations and content that increase reach and awareness.
* Work closely with external partners to maximise joint marketing opportunities and ensure shared success.
Marketing & Campaign Support
* Align event activity with broader brand and product campaigns.
* Collaborate with the social, email, and PR teams to drive buzz around events before, during, and after they happen.
* Measure and report on impact — footfall, engagement, social reach, and sales uplift.
Budget & Logistics
* Manage event budgets, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and deliver strong ROI.
* Oversee supplier contracts, logistics, and health & safety requirements.
* Keep internal teams and stakeholders informed at every stage of event planning and execution.
Team & Collaboration
* Lead, manage and inspire event staff, ambassadors, and freelancers during activations to deliver a seamless, high-energy experience.
* Work closely with warehouse, retail, and operations teams to ensure smooth product flow and event setup.
* Be hands-on — whether setting up a space, solving a last-minute issue, or capturing behind-the-scenes moments, you're not afraid to get involved.
What We're Looking For
* 3-5+ years' experience managing events, activations, or brand experiences (fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture preferred).
* Proven experience building and delivering event or activation strategy from the ground up.
* Strong project management skills with experience overseeing end-to-end event delivery.
* Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
* Budget management experience and commercial awareness.
* Confident working across departments and managing external partners.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A genuine love for fashion, community, and Goose & Gander's culture.
