Responsibilities
* Assist in managing the day‑to‑day delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Build and maintain relationships with key IT contacts and business counterparts.
* Represent our business teams and clients in key processes including Incident, Problem and Change Management.
* Build knowledge of SS&C technologies and applications.
* Create management information/reporting for service review meetings.
* Support requests for client oversight and due diligence through evidence gathering.
* Promote SS&C technology innovation and support business goals and objectives.
