In this position, you will support the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee by managing administrative tasks such as data collection, minute taking, processing invoices, and acting as a first point of contact.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative assistance to ensure project delivery.
* Arranging and supporting meetings, including agendas, minute-taking, and action tracking.
* Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and coordinating logistics.
* Establishing and maintaining effective administrative systems.
* Supporting data management and Freedom of Information processes.
* Preparing information for internal and external use, adhering to brand guidelines.
* Processing orders and invoices.
* Supporting communication and marketing activities.
* Prioritizing and managing correspondence.
Candidate requirements:
* Experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
* Ability to handle enquiries effectively.
* Experience in arranging meetings and events.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Experience in local government is desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
* Skills in minute-taking and note-taking.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
The team adopts a hybrid working model, combining office-based work in Llandudno Junction with home working. The role offers a salary of £28,598 - £31,022 per annum, membership of the local government pension scheme, and generous annual leave. It is a full-time, 2-year contract with flexible working considerations.
