Job Description:
Are you experienced in building IT Product, Transformation, and Technical portfolios within the MSP space?
Can you lead, define, and shape strategic outcomes?
Do you have the ability to build internal teams and platforms for a large, fast-growing MSP Solution Provider?
Have you proven experience in establishing Product Management, Internal System Leadership, and Stakeholder Management?

They boast one of the best internal teams in the MSP space, and this role will ensure all internal teams, business areas, product, tech, and sales operate smoothly while scaling existing platforms and products to support growth.
Responsibilities
* Ownership of internal Product Strategy, Technology, PMO, and Business Change
* Establish best-in-class product management frameworks from development to execution
* Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operational teams for seamless product rollouts and integration
* Define and establish strategic direction for the Product Management Discipline, ensuring best practices
* Manage and maintain a broad capability vision and roadmap aligned with internal strategy
* Work closely with business leaders and technology teams to align product roadmaps
* Implement continuous improvements to ensure product strategies are scalable and repeatable
* Drive decision-making with a data-led approach, including feedback, analysis, and next steps
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies, introducing innovative ideas
* Enhance customer and employee experience continually
* Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
* Empower teams to drive innovation and influence change
* Create development paths and training opportunities for team members
