Overview
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join the Eastlight Procurement team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a high impact role where your expertise will support the delivery of essential public services, ensuring every pound spent delivers value for communities. You will lead compliant procurement activity across works, goods and services, shaping commercial solutions that support service excellence, sustainability and long-term organisational priorities. You will take ownership of end-to-end procurement projects, from tender design through to contract award and negotiation, working closely with colleagues and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes. You will strengthen governance, champion best practice and drive continuous improvement across procurement and contract management.

Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end procurement projects from tender design through contract award and negotiation.
* Manage procurements across works, goods and services, ensuring compliance and alignment with service needs and value for money.
* Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to achieve best outcomes and optimise commercial solutions.
* Strengthen governance, champion best practice, and drive continuous improvement in procurement and contract management.
* Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure transparent decision-making.
Qualifications
* Proven public procurement experience with a sound understanding of legislative and regulatory frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong knowledge of e-procurement systems.
* MCIPS Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.

* £56,520 per annum
* Permanent Contract, Full-time (37 hours per week)
