Proactive Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Halesfield, Telford for a Materials/Export Coordinator to join their busy and friendly team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in import/export coordination or materials buying.
Duties Include:
* Handle incoming calls and general enquiries
* Manage all import and export processes
* Order stock and materials in line with company requirements
* Maintain and update stock spreadsheets
* Liaise effectively with suppliers and logistics partners
* Process, enter, and file delivery notes accurately
* Carry out general administrative duties including filing and post handling
Experience & Skills Required:
* Knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Packages
* Experience/knowledge of importing and exporting goods
* Knowledge of SAGE accounting software
* Experience of buying in materials
* Good sense of humour
* Able to work well under pressure
