What You’ll Do
You’ll be the friendly face of our brand, delivering top-notch service while tackling a variety of tasks.
* Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
* Quickly resolve technical issues, ensuring customers stay connected to what matters most.
* Provide exceptional service that leaves every customer satisfied and smiling.
* Work independently with the backing of a supportive team, always there to help you deliver your best.
We’ll fully train and support you every step of the way through a detailed onboarding stage when you join. You’ll also have a dedicated mentor who will join you on the journey to provide you with ongoing guidance.
Responsibilities
* Install and maintain broadband, TV, and phone services to customers' homes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues to get customers back online quickly.
* Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Operate independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
Requirements
The must haves There are three deal-breakers for us. You’ll need:
* A UK manual driving licence.
* Confidence working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions.
* To live in one of the specified postcodes above.
