This Global practice is thriving at the moment and will be coming into 2026 full of energy and gusto! As an advocate (likely a Barrister) you will have bags of energy and a 'want' to lead with the DR Litigation team and be at the forefront of the market. You will run your own cases with expert offshore and EU partner assistance and also do your own court work. This is a partner led environment, with lots of safety nets for the first few years. The role also covers work Globally as this firm's reach is now truly global with offices in several countries. Only 'good eggs' Experience: in commercial matters in particular significant insolvency experience; in drafting, legal research and legal opinion writing; must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively and courteously with clients, lawyers and colleagues; and the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
