We are currently recruiting for a Casual Chef to
join our team!
Our Cast Iron Bar & Grill is all about
fresh, seasonal ingredients, traditional flavour combinations and time-honoured
cooking methods, simple tasty food done right or you may be creating
unforgettable memories for a wedding breakfast,
corporate event or a high-class sport team.

What you’ll be doing
* Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking
according to recipes/menu
* Cook food and prepare top-quality menu
items in a timely manner
* Test
foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
* Operate
kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
* Ensure
the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage
containers
* Use your creative flair and attention to
detail to create dishes that put smiles on faces
What we're looking for
* Great teamwork skills and attention to
detail
* Positive outlook and outgoing
personality
* Previous kitchen experience
* Level 3 cookery qualification desirable

This position is offered on a
zero-hours contract, providing flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
Shifts may include early, mid and late shifts, as well as weekends, depending
on operational requirements.
