We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation client based in Flixton. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual with administration experience to become part of a supportive depot team. Key Responsibilities: Accurately scan and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, ensuring it is correctly allocated to the relevant load. Maintain accurate transport records in line with company procedures. Complete daily fleet reconciliation, ensuring all trailers utilized by the depot are accounted for. Identify and report any discrepancies or missing equipment to the Depot Supervisor. Distribute daily trailer service and maintenance requirements to the relevant departments. Act as a point of contact for drivers, responding to general enquiries professionally and efficiently. Provide administrative support relating to transport documentation and operational queries. Work closely with the depot team to support the smooth running of daily transport operations. Skills & Experience: Previous experience within a transport, logistics, or administration environment is desirable. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Competent using Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, proactive, and able to perform well in a busy operational environment. What's on Offer? Immediate start available.
